Installation Artist & Art Educator
A passionate art educator at Geelong Gallery and The Bellarine School of Art, Kirsten will guide you to explore the Japanese philosophy of the ‘red thread of fate’ considering lines and connections that meander through life and nature.
In this session you will be invited to use Sashiko style running stitch, to create your own personal textile. Find lines of beauty in your life and in country, and enjoy the relaxing exploration of your own creativity in Kirsty session.

Middle-Eastern Dance (Belly Dancing) & Yoga Instructor
Lisa invites you to unlock the ancient wisdom stored in your being and to enjoy inhabiting and expressing through your own unique, beautiful body. Assisted by the rhythmic motion of the train, we’ll embed some Middle Eastern Dance movements into our bodies. In response to the drums, we’ll link those movements together into a short combination and connect with one another as we dance.

Alex will begin your day with movement in a vinyasa flow practice. Weaving in some of the ‘Five Element Form’, a graceful, dance like practice from Northern India.
Feel a heart felt connection to those around you and a sense of peace and openness to lead you into your day with the wellness express.
Alex’s class will take place at 7:30 at Queenscliff station before boarding the Wellbeing Express.

Qi Gong Teacher & Nature-based Therapist
Molly will guide you through a gentle seated Qi Gong sequence, allowing the slow, mindful movements to open up the energy (Qi) pathways in the body. The simple movements and purposeful breathing help to increase focus, lower stress and anxiety, improve balance and flexibility and generally promote wellness of body and mind.

A fun and playful watercolour session with artist and founder of The Bellarine School of Art Lara Davies. Be guided through the basics of watercolour painting - the perfect art material for traveling near or far. Using inspiration from Lara's new Watercolouring book FLORA of the Bellarine Peninsula you will create a small travel booklet of drawings and paintings.
